Balestinian Sausage anyone?

A couble of days ago, I went to a local arabic fastfood joint for a shawerma. As I was checking out my obtions on the menu I noticed that they had kefta kabob. So I thought to myself, how would I describe kefta to a berson not exberienced in the arab cullinary ways. Quickly brainstorming I came up with a few terms that I might be able to use; mini arab burgers, grilled lamb burger, spicy arab meat roll, but none of those descriptions seemed to resonate with me. Then it clicked, the perfect describtive term for kefta kabob: Balestinian Sausage. Every one likes a good weiner, kefta is round, made of meat, and fits berfectly in a hotdog bun. So there you have it folks, for better or worse, we at this blog spot would like to share our Balestinian sausages with all of you to enjoy (Nabeel).

I thought they were called "Israeli hot dogs." (Will)
