This picture accompanied a story on Al Jazeera today about the continuing arrest of Palestinian lawmakers. The six pictured above are all in Israeli jails, including the Speaker of Parliament, Aziz Dweik (top right) who was arrested two days ago, and the Knafe man (top middle), arrested during the knafe battle, and the third guy in the upper row; he's not angry, he's just from Hebron, he got the Israeli settlers living in the middle of his city, believe me, you would look like that if you had to see those crazies every day. There are currently over 60 Palestinian cabinet ministers and parliament members in Israeli jails. The majority of whom were arrested in the past few weeks.
In other news from Palestine:
*Israel has killed over 167 Palestinians, most of whom are civilians, including many children, during its latest offensive.
*Israel rejected a truce offer from Hamas.
*Israel began a new policy of bombing homes on a phone call notice.
