I Hate Huckabee

As pointed out by commenters on this site, Huckabee's a little nutty and real slutty on Israel-Palestine (to borrow David Brock's unfounded attack on Anita Hill). Add him to the "I'm-leaving-the-country -if-he-wins" list of candidates. The Arab American Institute shared the Huckabeean fantasy:

Huckabee's is More Nightmare Than Vision

It took a while, but the highly controversial comments of Republican presidential candidate Governor Mike Huckabee at a New Hampshire house party are finally creating buzz in the blogosphere. According to an October 15, 2007 report by Yeshiva World News, the then-obscure presidential candidate expressed "frustration with Israeli politicians who wanted to give away the Golan Heights and firmly opposed dividing Jerusalem." Adding insult to injury, Huckabee stated that "he supports creating a Palestinian state, but believes that it should be formed outside of Israel. He named Egypt and Saudi Arabia as possible alternatives, noting that the Arabs have far more land than the Israelis and that it would only be fair for other Arab nations to give the Palestinians land for a state, rather than carving it out of the tiny Israeli state." This is the same person who responded to the assassination of Benazir Bhutto by stating that America needed to seal its southern border. Is this guy for real?
BTW, AAI is alerting members to tune in tonight to the Daily Show. The guest will be John Zogby, the prominent Arab-American pollster.

Or how about Jordan, which already is a Palestinian state

Hey Vic, I think you're qualified to be a Huckabee advisor!! There IS a way for you to put your talent of being a schmuck to some good use. Never give up hope.

This warmongering, fake-ass Christian-who-doesn't-give-two-shits-about-poor people is in sore, sore need of an ass-kicking. This schmuck wants to repeal income tax! I'm still a bit astonished that some of these fools' heads haven't exploded from sheer, evil hypocrisy. How can one ugly skull hold so much ostenisble Bible-thumping and such unchecked corporate greed at the same time?

We need a new rule: an endorsement from Chuck Norris automatically invalidates your candidacy. Or better yet, let's send Swayze in to do some pseudo-Buddhist ass kicking!

The Huckster may be bible-thumping, but he is no conservative sweetheart. He believes it is a "cristian mission" to fight global warming and calls the Club for Growth the "Club for Greed".

He is terrible on immigration and has a record as Governor of freeing individuals who promise to become good christians, and then go on to commit heinous crimes.

The guy is a scarry mix of liberal ideology and evangelical zeal. I'm scared, though it appears he will be broken in South Carolina.

Well-said Saladin... an endorsement from Norris should legally invalidate a candidacy... ha ha

And this is the first comment by Pricktor I agree with. Thanks man.
