Pop-pop McCain Proud of Baby Sarah
Is it just me or is this the odd couple? In this interview with Katie Couric, the duo look like grandpa’s sticking up for his granddaughter against the mean “gotcha” journalists. She recites a very limited array of frames, repeating “terrorists” several times, as he tries to confuse with babble and charm with bubbily personality. Is their best answer really to trivialize her comments since they were just made to “a voter”? Kudos to Couric for pressing on their inconsistency.

I hope the inter-generational, dual-gender ticket wins. It will help usher in a multipolar world. American decline is inevitable, perhaps it best be ushered in by elections rather than global conflict. It will be at the cost of America’s worst-off, but perhaps to the benefit of the world’s. I can only hope.
I actually at one point thought a President McCain would not be as tragic as certainly many other possibilities, but his choice of Palin really belies an alarming lack of judgment.
I say let’s vote those two in… It’s gonna make for great TV, and really, Bush did not leave a whole lot to ruin, so what’s the harm.
I, for one, will have had just about enough of the moose lady by Nov 4. oh, but what drama! it’s been fun watching her and his ticket implode.
That woman is just appalling! Someone should shoot her.
I’m still retching…Moosehead might make for good SNL skits but McCain is downright dangerous. Remember Al Haig? McCain is like AL Haig only older and nastier.
