Isn't subcommander a low rank. yeah what a dick giving himself a small shot title. Hey the EZLN is an organized military so there is going to be titles and ranks until they win and fulfill as they say "we are soldiers so there will be no more soldiers.

the power of words, as the subcomandante said, should never be underestimated. words can inspire and give hope and they make people feel that they are not alone in their struggle. in the end, when the world begins anew and all the heartaches will be gone, the words that will be left will remind those walking the new earth how wonderful these people that once existed were or how heartless those other people were. but this is the long run and right now, if only words could magically transform into an armor for the defenseless, it would be very good indeed.
