The Hamas then went and distributed the good to a select group of citizens of their liking (as usual with despots). The UN probably distributed the goods to whoever needed it, why would the Hamas need to violently seize them?
Or maybe the Hamas are such pure angels that they could never do any wrong?

Arayus, can you be intellectually honest just once on this blog? Which is more likely, that Hamas stole UN supplies in order to distribute them “to a larger group of civilians”, OR that it stole the supplies for any combination of the following…
1) Selling them to people and raising funds
2) Distributing them to its supporters only
3) Hoarding them to maintain a state of deprivation

According to the [UNRWA] agency’s press release the recent looting involved hundreds of tons of food. “During the night of February fifth 10 truckloads of flour and rice were taken from the Palestinian side of the Kerem Shalom Crossing into Gaza,” the statement from spokesman Christopher Gunness said.
This is resistance?

UNRWA only gives aid to those people who were ethnically cleansed in 1948 and 1967 by Israel. There is virtually a trickle of aid coming to the people who suffered from this latest Israeli massacre only a month ago.
We are also forgetting the big picture here, which is that Israel is not allowing regular aid into the strip. People in Gaza still have to rely on smuggling just to get food, and Israel is actually bombing those tunnels.
