The commander of the Israeli navy has apologized in a letter. He was sorry for bringing shame to the light of nations’ moral standing.
What is this world coming to when bombing Gaza to smithereens is sensible policy, but getting a lap dance from exploited Russian strippers is worthy of public rebuke.
Admiral Eli Marom said it was a mistake. He entered the Go-Go Girls club on Allenby Street in Tel Aviv thinking it was the Gaza Strip Club, where top Israeli commanders go to show what men they are.
Marom claimed he stopped by the club to greet a friend who was holding a party there. He did not mention her name was Cherry and the party was in his pants. Oh, and he was really there as a creepy, solo pervert.
According to the witnesses “the officer came to the club by himself in civilian clothes and stayed for about half an hour.” He reportedly smoked a cigar, drank and nodded his head while he was “surrounded by bare-chested women.”
I know lower ranking killing machines get punished for such activities, but seriously, they guy’s been working so hard enforcing a severe embargo around Gaza and intercepting aid ships. Doesn’t he deserve a little R and R?
