I have never been to Syria, but I heard many tales from Syrians and friends who went there. I compiled this imagined list of fun things for foreigners. Feel free to add to it:
-Eating incredible Syrian food

-Traveling/seeing/exploring different parts of Syria
-Swimming in the Mediterranean

-Visiting one of the hundreds of historical sites scattered around the country
-Escaping to the breathtaking scenes of the coastal mountains
-Experiencing the culture of Syria – a concert, play, movie, or just a simple sitcom
-Appreciating the diversity of the Syrians, Muslim, Christian, Druze, Alawi…
-It’s a living time machine, visit the national museum
