Arrest warrant issued for Livni

A British court issued an arreOlmert and Livnist warrant for former Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipora Livni today after learning she would be in London. It is yet another blow to the Zionist entity’s international standing since the war it waged on the refugees of Gaza a year ago, and conflicting reports came out during the day about Livni’s exact whereabouts.

As her office insisted that she had not entered the UK and that her trip there had been canceled in advance, the head of the Jewish National Fund in the UK, whom Livni had been scheduled to address today, said that he was not at liberty to disclose the reason for her no-show.

The British government is naturally very embarrassed that one of its courts is attempting to bring a war criminal to justice, saying that the arrest of killers of children in besieged refugee camps would interfere with its strategic alliance with Israel. Then a Foreign Ministry employee was tasked with tacking ‘and the Middle East peace process’ to the end of that sentence.

In the end, it appears as though the court retracted the arrest warrant later in the day after it transpired that Livni was not in the country. She may well have been at the time the warrant was issued however; it is quite possible the British government helped her escape to avoid an international diplomatic fiasco. Alas, these things always take precedence over the appropriation of justice.

One Palestinian, however, is not very happy with these developments. The dictator of the Palestinian Collaborationist Authority in Ramallah, Mahmoud Abbas, called the UK’s Foreign Office today to protest at what he termed “the totally inappropriate handling of Ms Livni. I put my ass on the line to quiet down that Goldstone guy and now this comes up. You can’t break us up. I’m not going to run for elections if you keep this shit up.”

Livni’s office described her as “proud of all her decisions regarding Operation Cast Lead“.

  3. Wouldn't you have to shut down your blog if you really want to boycott America?

    • Of course they would, but I think the first step in boycotting America would be to burn the US passports and move to a different country, no? Just saying!

      • The Arabs are all talk. They say they will boycott America & Israel as they continue to work on their Intel-powered computers running all kinds of software that was most likely made in America. They praise their "resistance" from their nice homes in America, no doubt filled with American-made goods.

Their brave resistance mass murders Iraqis for inviting "crusaders" to help establish a democracy, but the Arab resistance doesn't touch Qatar, the home of CENTCOM and several Starbucks, and they probably forgot (or don't even know) that KSA invited "crusaders" into the land of Mecca in 1991 and have always done big business with Americans.

I betchya Will had Starbucks this morning.

  4. Israel's wall of impunity is slowly eroding-much like her "friends" Condi, Rumsfeld, Cheney and Bush-Livni and the rest of the government of war criminals will have to think twice about traveling abroad

  6. I feel sorry for Abbas . . . but then again, I feel sorry for Hamas.

Both of you have done nothing for our people and yet, both of you claim to have done the most for our people!

    Shame on you, Mr. Abbas!

  7. It's gonna be pretty funny when Tony Blair gets arrested for war crimes the next time he visits Egypt. At least, I'll be laughing! The least I could do after the UK sold out the US for Libyan oil. I bet even Obama wouldn't go to bat for the British. And really, what do the dumbass Brits expect to happen, once they take it upon themselves to indict foreign nationals for war crimes that allegedly happened outside of their jurisdiction? And did the British forget that they have already proven British war crimes in Iraq in their own British courts? I'm kinda embarrassed my ancestors were British because the whole lot of em are dumb as a box of rocks.

    • Yes, let's boycott Israel…throw out your cell phone, stop using instant messaging technology, and lobby the world to shut down earthquake/tsunami early warning systems. That'll show 'em.
