Regardless, the shit is a nasty excuse for food, but if that's all you have, you must eat it. Seems to me the Italians, Brazilians, Chinese and Mexicans have the market cornered, there are some good varitions like Thai and French and don't forget Japanese (mmm sushi) but Middle Eastern food is only needed in cases of survival. Um, how on earth can you claim that Hummus, techina, falafel, etc are exclusive "Palestinian" foods? Unless you completely deny that Jews have lived in Israel as long as Arabs and Palestinians have, you have no basis for your judgement.
