Everyone knows that they are an arm of the Mossad and the CIA. Since Hizbullah is one of the few resistance organizations, Fatah has as much incentive to hurt Hizbullah as the Israelis. Plus, Fatah is more slimy than Israel, and just as decicated to maintaining the occupation (and their own power). I so no reason Syria would try to kill him, and that was just a stupid part of the report.
