An Israeli researcher made international waves after finding that Moses was on psychedelic drugs when he transcribed God's Ten Commandments directly from the great being itself.
That prophets can have world-changing revelations while doped up is not news to us at KABOBfest. Our own personality cult leader, the mysterious Nabeel, shared a recent drug-induced epiphany. As his loyal subject, it is my duty to proselytize his divine message.
He took this picture of Obama street art in San Francisco, and analogized it to Orwell's 1984, saying it is like "OBEY." "OBEYMA" anyone?
Now that I have spread our master's word, we only have to figure whether we are to obey Obama or not.

AP Uncovers Gazan Smuggling Operation
For years Israel has touted Gazan cross-border smuggling operations as a method for Jew-thirsty Palestinians to acquire the weapons necessary to rid themselves of God's chosen people. Prior to Hamas' explosion of the border wall between Rafah and Egypt, most Palestinians relied on secret tunnels to obtain their sophisticated weaponry. Unfortunately, the media has always turned a blind eye to these smuggling operations, as secrets are often hard to prove.
However, the security wall is now (temporarily) down, and jihadists have become increasingly lax over the level of secrecy shrouding their smuggling operations. Below are just a few examples of the anti-Semitic contraband they've recently been able to acquire...

Other than just pandering to Jews, Obama is slated to sag his pants a bit lower this week, as well as serve as a Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady of Opprobrium church in Bandwagon, Idaho. Best of luck Osama Obama!

Israel Celebrates Yom Yerushalayim

Israel not only has the distinction of being the Middle East's only true secular democracy (that's right Turkey!), it is also harbors the region's most educated, enlightened, and peace-loving people.
This week a festival-like atmosphere will fall over the Old City to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Six Day War. Activities and games will include; the running of the Arab, a humus eating contest (Ariel Sharon holds the record with 35Kg consumed in 3 minutes), bobbing for falafel while it cooks in oil, and my personal favorite, throw the Arab from his apartment.
The arts and crafts bazaar will have many goodies for festival goers; such as 1:141 paper mache scale models of the Temple Mount (Jerusalem Post recycled paper of course), and for those with a sweet tooth a 1:1967 ginger bread scale model of the Temple Mount will also be available from vendors.
The festival will conclude with a demolishing of a replica of the Moroccan quarter followed by a tear the scarf off of the hijabi girl's head contest in which the winner will get receive a life-time supply of either Teva sandals or those trendy Crocs that every Israeli in Berkeley wears.
A King Hussein of Jordan bobble-head doll will be handed out to the first 144,000 non-Arab festival goers.

Pope Calls for Peace (Again).

In his (should I use a capital 'H' like in 'God') Easter Sunday address; Pope Benedict XVI called for an end to bloodshed in the Middle East in the name of religion.
For those of you who don't speak Latin, we at KABOBfest of course do, or are too lazy to read a transcript of the Easter sermon; we've decided to offer this graphical representation of the Pontiff's sermon and a you heard it first KABOBexclusive response to His Holiness' plea from this Iraqi dude I met while smoking an Arabian water pipe at an undisclosed location in the Kurdish trapezoid.

Naseeb.com founder killed...
Indian authorities have killed Naseeb.com founder, Gazi Naseeb-u-Din, in an attempt to "squash the 14 year long Kashmiri resistance effort, by curtailing the booming Muslim population rate in South Asia."
In a totally unrelated story, rapper, and anti-semite Iron Sheik has been arrested early Tuesday morning. It is being reported that Mr. Sheik along with an anti-Castro Cuban exile named "Danny" were both arrested after trying to persuade an undercover Oakland narcotics officer that powdered donuts get you high.

Queer eye for a Zionist guy
Gay Israelis come out to support Palestinians. The only hope remaining for Israeli politicians such as Ariel Sharon is a 'queer eye for the straight guy make over.' Not only will the butcher of Beruit learn to abandon his murderous ways upon a queer eye make over, Arik might even pick up a few fashion tips such as; only wearing colors that match blood, and dressing thinner.

Balestinian Sausage anyone?
A couble of days ago, I went to a local arabic fastfood joint for a shawerma. As I was checking out my obtions on the menu I noticed that they had kefta kabob. So I thought to myself, how would I describe kefta to a berson not exberienced in the arab cullinary ways. Quickly brainstorming I came up with a few terms that I might be able to use; mini arab burgers, grilled lamb burger, spicy arab meat roll, but none of those descriptions seemed to resonate with me. Then it clicked, the perfect describtive term for kefta kabob: Balestinian Sausage. Every one likes a good weiner, kefta is round, made of meat, and fits berfectly in a hotdog bun. So there you have it folks, for better or worse, we at this blog spot would like to share our Balestinian sausages with all of you to enjoy (Nabeel).
I thought they were called "Israeli hot dogs." (Will)
